One platform, one governed layer.

Stretus is one product, not a suite. A broker adding a strategy layer needs one place to integrate, one set of rules to govern it, and one record to audit. Not four. What you switch on is a matter of configuration, not of buying more.

Software infrastructure only. No investment advice, no brokerage services, no guaranteed returns.

Stretus AI Strategy Infrastructure

One governed strategy layer inside the broker ecosystem: AI-native creation, deterministic validation, backtesting, policy-gated activation, monitoring and audit.

Core product

A governed strategy lifecycle, not a bundle of tools

The builder, the backtester, derivatives handling, governed discovery, remote execution and the control plane are all parts of one platform. You turn them on. You do not buy them separately.

What a deployment exposes depends on

Tenant configuration
Plan entitlements
Connector readiness
Deployment policy

Why one product

Why one product rather than a suite.

Four products would mean four sets of credentials to secure, four approval flows to keep working, and four places an auditor has to look. The buyer gets nothing for that.

4separate products
Four credential models to secure
Four approval flows to maintain
Four places an auditor has to look
1governed layer
One agreement
One security review
One deployment to validate

For procurement this means one agreement, one security review and one deployment to check. Everything else is a setting.

What the platform is

In one paragraph.

Stretus is AI-native strategy infrastructure for broker-led markets. It adds a governed strategy lifecycle to existing broker web and mobile journeys, AI-native creation, deterministic validation, backtesting, paper observation, policy-gated activation, monitoring and audit, while brand, identity, entitlements, risk policy, OMS/RMS and market connectivity remain broker-owned. It is not a broker, not an investment adviser and not a portfolio manager. It holds no exchange membership, no client funds and no securities, and it makes no execution decisions.

Stretus does not hold

Stretus is not a broker and holds no exchange membership of its own.
Stretus is not an investment adviser and publishes no recommendations.
Stretus is not a portfolio manager and holds no client funds or securities.
Stretus does not make execution decisions, the broker's OMS and RMS remain authoritative.

What sits inside it

Eight capabilities, one governed surface.

01 · Builder

Describe a strategy in plain language. It comes back as a rule set a person can read and check.

02 · Backtesting

Tests against history with Indian trading charges applied at fill time, and shows drawdown and risk alongside return.

03 · Derivatives

Futures and options that keep their contract identity, with an emergency stop that fails closed.

04 · Broker integration

Connects to the broker with scoped credentials, approved endpoints, and a fixed IP where the broker needs one.

05 · Remote gateway

Keep your strategy on your own servers. Only a signed order instruction crosses over.

06 · Governed discovery

Only verified publishers can list, and the broker sets who sees what.

07 · Audit

Monitoring, plus a linked audit record kept for at least five years.

08 · Deployment

Run it in your own estate, on a dedicated instance, or shared. Your tenant stays separate and you hold the keys.
