We answer technical questions from people who are not customers. If you are evaluating Stretus and want to talk to an engineer rather than a salesperson, say so and we will arrange it, that is an unusual offer to publish and it is a genuine one.
For a security or vendor assessment, tell us which framework you assess against and we will answer your questionnaire in full. We hold no SOC 2 report and no ISO 27001 certification and will not claim otherwise; if a certification is a precondition for your process, the useful moment to establish that is the first email rather than week six.
For an integration conversation, the most useful thing to include is which broker or brokers you route through, whether you expose a client-facing API today, and where your trading infrastructure runs. Those three facts determine most of the scoping.
