    Common questions

    What exactly does Stretus sell?
    Software. Stretus is a strategy layer that brokers and fintech platforms embed in their own web and mobile journeys. It is not a broker, not an investment adviser and not a portfolio manager, it holds no client money or shares, and it makes no execution decisions.
    Who is responsible for the orders?
    The broker. NSE circular NSE/INVG/67858 of 5 May 2025 says brokers are fully responsible and liable for every order leaving through their API systems, and a provider like us is approved by the broker and treated as the broker's agent. Any vendor who softens that has not read the circular.
    What does the broker keep control of?
    Brand, the client relationship, identity, permissions, risk policy, the order and risk management systems, and market connectivity. Stretus occupies one layer between those, the strategy lifecycle, and has no exchange connection of its own.
    Can it run inside our own infrastructure?
    Yes. Self-hosted deployment inside your own estate is supported, in which case the data never leaves it and you hold the keys. A dedicated instance and shared tenancy are also available, and for a colocated estate we will tell you if shared tenancy is the wrong answer.
    Do you have SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
    No to both, and we will not give you a date. If either is a precondition for your procurement process, the useful time to tell us is the first conversation rather than week six of an evaluation.
    Does Stretus give investment advice or tips?
    No. Strategy content is written by the customer or, in the marketplace, by an eligible verified SEBI-registered Research Analyst under the broker's own publication policy. A listing is something to look into, not a recommendation.
